#A_Plate_From_Every_City

If one could characterize in three words what pasta means to lovers of Italian food, then it would be: simplicity, deliciousness, authenticity! For this Pinolo, for the second year in a row, celebrates World Pasta Day with a limited edition menu from October 21 to 27. A menu of an exciting mix of savory flavors and fine ingredients, culinary collaborations and travel experiences running from the southern peninsula of Italy to Milan in northern Italy. Five different cities, five different pasta recipes, scattered in every corner of Italy but with a common goal, to bring pleasure to every pasta lover, in whatever dish they choose!

Starting this culinary journey from Sicily and the natural ingredients that left their mark on it, such as anchovies, capers and olives, compose the Pasta alla Siciliana dish with handmade spaghetti.

Continuing to the heart of Italy, Rome, the dish originating from this city is the Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, starring pecorino cheese in a fantastic creamy sauce, one of Italy’s most iconic cheeses.

For those who love spicy flavors then they will be charmed by Spaghetti con le Polpettine which brings aromas and flavors from southern Italy and specifically Calabria.

Pasta Frutti di Mare is a rich pasta dish with linguine pasta, a sauce of luscious yellow tomatoes, fresh mussels, shrimp and sea bass ragout. A dish inspired by the maritime culinary tradition of the Salento region.

Last dish of the limited edition menu for pasta week at Pinolo is Orzo alla Milanese, a classic Italian dish originating from Milan, with saffron for a golden colour, leaving a slight sweetness and addition of beef cheeks.

Enjoy this Italian journey of flavors during Pasta Week on the occasion of World Pasta Day at Pinolo!
