#PastaDoneRight at Pinolo for World Pasta Day

If you are a pasta lover, then you will surely know about World Pasta Day which is celebrated on October 25th every year. What you don’t know, is that at Pinolo you will taste 4 delicious reasons to celebrate it properly, as the slogan of the week proclaims, #PastaDoneRight.

But one day is not enough to enjoy so many choices, so until October 29 a limited-edition menu dedicated to pasta will be offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu. In this exclusive menu you will get to know 4 different versions of pasta dishes, which reveal Pinolo’s gastronomic team enthusiasm for the day, but also honor the quintessence of Italian cuisine, pasta. In fact, on Friday, October 27, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your pasta with music from a 3-hour live DJ set.

Enjoy the Fusilli Pasta Salad for a start, with fresh handmade fusilli in a salad version, with wild arugula leaves, basil pesto, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, smoked broccolinis, pine nuts and marmande tomatoes. Did you know that Pinolo in Italian is the name for pine nuts?

The charm of Agnolotti, lies in the shapes that vary depending on the person that prepares them and look like twisted ravioli or pads. At Pinolo you will enjoy them filled with pumpkin cream, ricotta cheese and raisins, on a base of pumpkin cream and green apples. A delicate two-colored pasta for those who love sweet hints in their food with emphasis on pumpkin.

For those of you that love classic flavors, the Live Traditional Carbonara will be prepared next to your table, inside a large cheese wheel. Spaghetti a la chitarra, finished in a 24-month Parmesan head, with guanciale, pecorino and eggs. Their name comes from the special cutting tool reminiscent of guitar or “chitarra” in Italian.

After all, who said pasta is only a “primi” or main course? This sweet version of the Chocolate Forest Ravioli is made of chocolate dough and a luxurious filling of hazelnut praline and mascarpone cheese that will take you on a chocolate tasteful journey, while the red berry sauce and freshly grated tonka will elevate your gastronomic experience.
